Professional Background

DJ/Emcee Eric Lund has over twenty years of entertainment and production management experience. During the 1980’s he produced a number of high profile events in San Diego including the “The San Diego Parade of Lights”, the Amtrak Rail Expo, the San Diego Waterfront Festival and the first Jazz Trax Concerts, a three-day multi-act series at Catalina Island featuring nationally recognized jazz artists.

Eric was featured in the television show “Entertainment San Diego” as the host and producer. Viewers in San Diego enjoyed the successful show that featured a magazine style format with segments promoting entertainment, attractions, dining and comedy. He also produced many radio and television commercials promoting a variety of businesses and the largest tour boat companies in San Diego Harbor.

During the 1990’s, Eric started a professional Disc Jockey company featuring a pleasing blend of high quality production techniques and professionalism. His years of experience in the entertainment and service industry have created a style that is conscientious and sensitive to the needs of guests who enjoy his music and presentations. He has performed at nearly all of the major hotels and resorts in the San Diego region and has traveled to Las Vegas, and Los Angeles for specially requested performances.

More recently Eric Lund acted as the host of a half hour special television show, with a magazine-documentary style featuring Adventure and Eco-Tourism In San Diego County. He performed as DJ/Emcee at over seventy weddings during the past year, over fifty corporate and private parties including themed events of all different sizes from forty to over eight thousand people. For the fourth year he has produced the Annual Fleet Week Fireworks Show and Celebration in East County and provided lighting and sound systems to reinforce the event.

Eric is a member of the San Diego Disc Jockey Association, and the National Association of Mobile Entertainers. He attends many industry trade shows to remain current with today’s top entertainment, production techniques and equipment.

Eric really enjoys pleasing guests and ensuring that events run smoothly and is very sensitive to responding to guest’s requests. He knows how to please the crowd and will provide the level of interactivity desired, he looks forward to helping you have a memorable event.
